We did our warm up to hill rep hill. We split into two groups. My first hill was the bottom hill and we had to run long and then medium doing it alternate. We did this for 10 minutes
Long 8:50, medium 8:56, long 9:35, medium 9:02, long 9:40
Then the top hill for 10 minutes.

Tonight my legs felt tired. Maybe because I did my long run on a Sunday instead of Saturday.
