Club night - hill reps

Tonight we did the warm up to hill rep hill and at the bottom we did dynamic stretches at the bottom of the hill. We had to run for 20 minutes starting half way up the hill and continued to about 100 metres after the top of the hill.

7:35, 7:44, 8:19, 8:17, 8:51, 8:30, 8:51

Then 5 down hills 8:51, 7:04, 7:19, 6:57

Distance 6 miles
