There was no club tonight due to the AGM so I went out for a run. I had finished work early again so was running in daylight. I ran onto the Leas and got down to the seafront and turned around at the memorial and ran back through Sandgate High Street, up Sandgate Hill and then got back onto the Leas.

Tonight I was awarded the Chairmans Award for my hardwork and dedication. I was very chuffed and received a bottle of Champagne!!
