15 miles - now clocked up over 500 miles!

This morning I did a gentle 15 mile route with Ian. I have got Ashford & District10k tomorrow took it easy.  I didn't use a gel either.

Splits 9:43, 10:05, 9:53, 10:02, 9:06, 9:30, 9:25, 9:33, 9:18, 9:37, 9:41, 9:43, 9:34, 9:40, 11:10
Time 2:25:55

Pole fitness class - was tough on the arms. Hope I am not going to ache!

I have now done 506 miles from the start of my training in December!
